Born and bred in Tabase, one of Mthatha rural location, in the Eastern Cape, Tembelani Mabongo has three close siblings, brother and two sisters. He is married with two children, a boys and a girl.

 

He has obtained a national diploma in civil engineering in 1999 with eastern cape Technikon, certificate in project management in 2003 with SAICE advanced certificate in project management 2005 with University of Stellenbosch, MPM in 2009 with University of Pretoria, certificate in Theology in 2010 with SATS, certificate in contract management in 2010 with University of Pretoria, enrolled with Regent School of Business in the year 2012 doing MBA.

 

At Bravoplex544 he is Chief Operations Officer.

He directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Director. Leads and directs the following functions and/or business units: operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination, and agency promotion and communication. Assists the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions and/or business units mentioned above..
