Born and bred in Kwa-Zakhele, one of Port Elizabeth townships, in the Eastern Cape. Tumie Kholisile Maneli has two close siblings, a twin brother and a younger sister. Married with two children, both boys. He holds a Diploma in Human Resources (Hiring Practices) NQF 6 from Unisa and an NQF 5 in Outcome Based Assessment qualification from Assessment College of South Africa. He is an accredited Assessor with ETDP-SETA. He has attended Business Management and Operations Management at NMMU. Other courses he has attended includes Culture Diversity Management, Business Writing Skills, Project Management and Personal Mastery.

Tumie has a profound customer service experience, for over 10 years dealing with people in different levels from managerial to the shop-floor, and stakeholders in general.

 

Executive Director he designs, develops and implements strategic plans for their organization in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, including managing committees and staff and developing business plans in collaboration with the board for the future of the organization. In essence, the board grants the Executive Director the authority to run the organization.
